We visited Lancaster for their farmers market plus there were still old-time carpenters making original wooden furniture in barns. If you purchased direct their items were much cheaper than what was sold in the City. What I remember hearing about Buchanan is that he refused to take sides on the slavery issue but as a defender of the Constitution he felt slavery was a constitutional right and had his own slaves.

i was so excited to see this video, and it brought back so many memories. In the mid 1950’s, my grandmother worked as a live in housekeeper for Pat and Bob Higgins, and they lived in Old Las Palmas. My aunts lived in the house also, and went to Palm Springs High School. During the summer, they would bring me to Palm Springs from Cabazon, (my dad, their much older brother) and my mom owned The Pink Pump hamburger restaurant, and I would spend the summer. Pat and Bob and their kids, Bobby and Claudia would be away for the summer. Bob would leave his red 1956 or 57 T-Bird for the girls to drive. We would also go over to the Ladds’ house and swim in their pool. David Ladd was just a baby at that time. One of my aunts has passed, but one is still alive and is now 87. Thanks for doing this video. I remember the hardware store and I had thought it was called the Higgins-Ladd Hardware store, or maybe we all used to just refer to it that way. Can’t remember because I was about 7 or 8 years old at the time.

RIP Donald Sutherland. Recently I visited the grave of former Canadian actor Neil Hope. He passed away very tragically in a boardinghouse. Neil played the character of Wheels on the Degrassi tv series. He is buried in Woodland cemetery in Burlington, Ontario.

Longtime Stooges fan here, just wanted to say I enjoyed your video tour of the final resting places of (IMO) the Kings of Comedy.. whenever im feeling down or depressed, I queue up a few Stooges shorts on YT.. My dad introduced me to them back in the 70s and I have now passed the torch to my young son, who is now hooked!

I actually thought she was buried at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park in Los Angeles. The same cemetery where Farrah Fawcett, Hugh Hefner, Kirk Douglas, Natalie Wood & Marilyn Monroe are buried.

My grandpa has no resting place, my mom's father were cremated. He died on August 8th, 2018 age 73. I really miss him very much!

I remember Henry Polic II from Webster and from Rabbit Test. He was very good in both. I loved Webster because Alex Karras and His real life Wife (I wish I could remember Her last name. Her first name was Susan) starred in this show together. Henry Polic was also very funny and entertaining. By the way, I think that this desert graveyard is just beautiful! I really never watched Webster and sadly, can't recall who Henry Polic is. I am actually glad that you showed Lee Aaker's gravesite. I loved Rin Tin Tin and Rusty was a favorite of mine. As a kid, I always wanted a cavalry uniform like he wore in the show. Reading on Wikipedia, his story is both happy and sad. It would make a good video as well. So many great childhood memories of the child actors in shows like Rin Tin Tin, Lassie, My Friend Flicka, Fury, Sky King and the Rifleman. What kid didn't want a horse, dog or a rifle!
